Example of Hypocrisy Among “Friends,” Family, and “Activists” Previously Cited

Dear ___________,

I have been waiting since August 14th for a response from you.

These are your words:

August 13th, 2016

Hello love. I promise I’m not ignoring you — just been swamped…I’ll get back to you in greater detail tomorrow. Stay strong.

Here are mine:

(August 13th, 2016)

Hi ____________,

I see your posts periodically on facebook, taking defined public stances, and it is strange to have done as much as humanly possible to seek help and solidarity and feel more silenced and invisible than ever before.

The fact of people knowing but doing nothing has horrified me.

Are you able to help in any way?

“Tomorrow” was more than two weeks ago.

With friends and family constantly blowing me off or ignoring me, this weighs heavy on my heart to say the least.

I would like to know why you did not write me back when you said you would, more than two weeks ago.

Sincerely,

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
