I WANT JUSTICE I WANT ANSWERS
DEFINITELY NOT EXHAUSTIVE.
Abuse by “Professionals,” fonctionnaires, and social workers
I was denied healthcare coverage for almost a year.
I sought therapy from at least ten different organizations and was, in fact denied therapy over the course of a year and a half.
When I went to L’hopital Saint-Louis in the Spring of 2015 and the nurse said I definitely needed to see a doctor, the social worker bullied me, made me cry, claimed my face would wrinkle, claimed my visa was not valid (it was), and REFUSED me care, which is ILLEGAL.
The social worker I saw at l’Université de Paris Sorbonne-Nouvelle said to me “you do not exist if you have not paid tuition,” refused to help me, and never followed up on my file even after I did pay tuition, which caused me to incur fees at my bank, go over my credit limit, and for the bank to change my contract without telling me.
Other social workers fucking pass me off to other social workers who also passed me off.
Despite paying tuition at the University of Paris, never allowed to register for classes.
The bank. Charged hundreds of euros in fraudulent fees not marked in the contract or other materials.
FUCK BNP PARIBAS.
Harcelement morale (severe bullying) in one of the schools where I worked, to the extent that I cannot work there anymore.
Exploitation, Sexual Harassment, Assault
Paid well below 3.33 euros an hour for work as an au pair, and denied food compensation.
As is made clear to me over and over by the officials who oversee the au pair program I DO NOT HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO WORK ELSEWHERE.
Many French men use and emotionally abuse me, most never secure my consent, and enjoy my inferior social position…which enables them — like so many other French “professionals,” bullies, and arrogant French asswipes — to take advantage of me ETC ETC ETC.
The real issue is that so many French individuals, institutions and “professionals” exploit the fact that foreigners — due to visa restictions — will eventually be forced to leave the country and do not have the means to pursue justice. ENOUGH.
