Joshua 1:8

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Why some Christians fail to obey God’s Word?

Because we fail to exercise meditation (secret formula for soul PEACE-CRIPTION)

When we hear the word meditate first thing comes in our mind is like sitting lotus style with hands in the air making meditate sounds like ohmmm… or at the very least quitely sitting and deeply reflecting. That’s what we all know, but we just miss the true meaning of meditation and how it really works.

Daily practice of meditation brings good health, peace, reduce stress, increase calmness and promote happiness.

MEDITATION IS THE BEST MEDICATION

• to engage in mental exercise for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness.

• to think about or consider carefully
• to reflect

Latin word of meditate is meditatus, past participle of meditari, frequentative of mederi to remedy — more of medical.

Known as Medication or a Medicine.

• a way of solving or correcting a problem, to improve( something)
• to heal, mend, cure

By meditating, the Spirit of truth comes in.

John 16:13
“When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth. For he will not speak on his own, but he will speak whatever he hears. He will also declare to you what is to come.

Allow the Holy Spirit to speak, shut down your thought from worrying, acknowledge and let him move…focus on the Word you have read then engage in contemplation.

He is our inner compass. When the Holy Spirit speak…jot down quickly because that’s the powerful word you can take

John 16:15

All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

Jesus sent the Holy Spirit as a seal in all believers, he is our comforter, intercessor, to reprove the world of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment, he dwell and fill us, he is the source of revelation, wisdom and power, he give spiritual gift, the Holy Spirit sanctifies and enables believers to bear good fruit. All these things are the works of the Holy Spirit.
