Snow Fungus Soup with Lotus Seeds

Ingredients: snow fungus 5g, lotus seeds 20g, some brown sugar.

Method:

  1. Put the snow fungus and lotus seeds into water, keep them for an hour.

2. After an hour, the snow fungus will swollen, remember cut its root.

3. Tear snow fungus and put in the saucepan.

4. Break off the lotus seeds, put into the saucepan as well.

5. Put some water into the pan, and use highest power to boil them for 20 mins, then turn to lower power for 30 mins.

6. After 50 mins, you can bring some brown sugar inside according to your appetite.

7. The last step is put the wolfberry.
