After US economy downturn ended, it came the time for celebration in colour and style. There were more working women such as a white-collar. This means that they needed more practical bag for daytime.They carried cosmetic, purse, train tickets, and notepad. Shoulder bag was perfect solution for their need.

In this time, nightlife fan was going for theatre and restaurant. They preferred to be gorgeous look, so they dressed up evening dress with a pretty clutch bag.
