If we want our children to succeed in the their career, we need to teach them how to code. Not only does coding help improve their mathematics and writing skills, but also it helps them build their valuable skills like logical skills, creativity and many more which will be be crucial in their workforce and life. Teaching kids programming from an early will create a better chance for their success. Here I listed some colorful and engaging tools that could be used to teach kids programming skills from an early age.

Hackety Hack

Hackety Hack is a useful programming tool which could be used to teach basics of coding skills to absolute beginners. Kids with no prior programming experience can easily use and learn. The tool is based on Ruby programming language that can be used to develop desktop and web applications

Swift Playgrounds

This tool can be dowloaded from apple store for free and it does not require any coding experience. Its main focus is to teach kids how to program in Swift. There are tutorials in the tool on Swift commands with the help of which, kids can move characters along a 3D world

Kodu

This is a game-programming app. It is designed by Microsoft for xbox 360 and Windows. With this tool, kids can design games in 3D world. It has engaging graphic interface and it is suggested for kids aged 8 -14.

Alice

Alice is a 3D programming tool that allows children to learn languages like C++. With the help of programming its camera motions, 3D models, children can create animations and games.
