Crypto scammers are getting more creative by the day, let’s talk about Sahil Arora, a crypto influencer with a knack for manipulating celebrities and making off with their money. His latest victim being Caitlyn Jenner, the reality TV star and former Olympic athlete.

Here’s how it went down. Arora convinced Jenner to promote his latest meme coin, JENNER, on her social media accounts. And with his massive social media popularity of for instance 1.6 million followers in Instagram, it’s easy to be his prey.

Sahil’s role was to launch the token for Caitlyn since her team had no knowledge of crypto.

Jenner was so convinced of the coin’s potential that she even made a video urging her followers to “get involved” and “invest”. Below is an X image showing Caitly ralling her following to send Sahil tokens.

The coin was launched on the Solana-based platform pump.fun, quickly reaching a market value of $20 million.

When the coin’s value shot up, Arora quickly sold his shares, causing big losses for Jenner and her team.

Arora’s involvement in the crypto world goes beyond the Jenner saga. He has been linked to several other high-profile scams, including the launch of tokens with celebrities like Rich The Kid, Soulja Boy, models Normie Kazumi and Ivana Knoll.

Noticeably, the IGGY token generated by Sahil in Iggy Azalea identity disguise attempts to deceive fans. However, Azalea quickly distanced herself from Arora, launching her own token, MOTHER, to prevent him from using her name for his fraudulent activities. This move came after Arora allegedly raised over $380,000 in a presale for the fake IGGY token.

So, who is Sahil Arora? He’s a crypto influencer with a large following on Instagram. He’s also a master of social engineering, able to manipulate even the most well-known figures into promoting his fraudulent projects. And, as it turns out, he’s been doing this for a while.

But here’s the thing, Arora’s schemes are not just limited to celebrities. He’s also been accused of scamming regular investors out of their hard-earned cash. And, with the crypto market still largely unregulated, it’s easy to see how someone like Arora can operate with impunity.

So, what’s the damage? Well, according to reports, the JENNER token’s market capitalization surged to $20 million before plummeting. And, as for Jenner herself, she’s still promoting the coin, despite the alleged fraud. It’s unclear what legal repercussions she may face for her involvement.

It’s no doubt Sahil has made a name for himself in manipulating celebrities and investors alike. His schemes are brazen, his tactics are clever, and his reach is far. He seems very unbothered by what is being said about him that he denies these scam allegations in an interview with Decrypt, calling them “dumb B.S.”
