Day 1

Sunrise — sunlight tinting the edges of the clouds gold

Snowy mountains in the forefront, edges blurred with blue and grey

Canyon.

Standing in front of a waterfall, with water and snow swirling around me

Trees of various hues of black against the white snow, like an ink painting

Layers and layers of mountains with the highest one fading into the fog

Day 2

Yellow lights glowing from greenhouse dotting the horizon at dawn, under the early morning calm

Bookmarking a memory: soft crunch of snow under my feet, light winter breeze, rushing of waterfall water in the distance, sun lighting up the snow in tiny sparkles

Day 3

White birds circling top of rock columns

All the colors of the rainbow painted across the sky from pinkish red to pale blue and green to lavender purple deepening as the sun sets

Sun casting a red and gold tint on the tree branches

White snow on black mountains, spots of black, negative space

Aurora, spray painted across the sky with pale green light, just out of reach

Constellations of stars, twinkling

Day 4

Light sea blue glacier atop dark segments contrasting

One ever-present shiny light, a planet twinkling from far away

3 lights from a house admist a rolling mountaintop on a blue green starry night

Our eyes are such amazing light sensors: white mountain rock surrounded by twinkling stars, aurora dancing like sound waves and keyboards being played

Day 5

Pale colors of blue and pink in the background of a snowy mountain reflected across the crystal clear waters, merging with the blue lagoon

So breathtakingly beautiful

Misty lights at night, relaxing against the rocks, with warm water caressing my skin, gazing up at the aurora lights, in awe
