Yesterday I bought a new face cream, and when I opened the packing box, I saw this.

I really appreciate that the company lists out all the chemicals they use in the face cream and the specific function of each chemical. As a person with a chemistry background, I LOVE IT!

It makes me think of how this company is building connection and trust with me: transparency.

In contrast, I have also personally experienced businesses which hide important information from me. And guess what, they lose my trust completely. They lose me forever. And they lose people who ask me for feedback about the businesses.
