‘I do not know what I should/can do for a business’.
After talking with various wantrepreneurs, this is what I often hear.
So I say to the public that I help you find your direction. You say that is your pain point, so let’s address that. 🎯
Only after 1–2 sessions, people begin to realise that their main issues are often not that they do not know what they should/can do, but sth else. Such as fear of starting because of negativity, lack of self-confidence, laziness, fear of taking risks……
So basically I help people first of all see and overcome those mental hurdles.
When they are mentally ready, then I can help them with exploring value, vision, strengths and so on to form a clear direction through making the optimal combination of all.
And then start to build the rest up: understanding clients, designing offers, reaching out to potential clients…… There are also many mental hurdles to be aware and overcome, such as fear of rejection, fear of showing up in public, self-limiting mindsets like: ‘sales is pushy, I am an introvert, I can not market and sell’ ……
So especially during the early stage, the main challenges are all about mental hurdles that people limit themselves. ⛓
Actually there are almost no technical hurdles these days, because there are so many books and courses one can read and learn. On the intellectual level, everyone can do it.
But when it comes to taking action, taking persistent actions, to experiencing things on the experiential level, that is another story. And that is where I help people. 🆘
