Say NO to people who waste your time!

I used to waste so much time on people who just wants to kill some time, but now I confront them direclty.

😔 Do you have some contacts who do not bring you real value but reach out to you time to time, because they get bored?
😔 Do you want to refuse him/her but feel hard to say NO?
😔 Do you feel exhausted after talking/texting meaninglessly with this person that you can not rest properly at weekend?

At least I had many experiences like that before. But now, I say NO clearly!

Because I am clear with my goals, I value my time and energy, I need to focus my time and energy on my goals. So I block people like that from my life.
