What is your WHY? Do you have a clear WHY? Do you communicate it clearly?

Very sad to see another boutique shop is on the edge of going broke😥. I bought a very elegant jacket from it this February. I always love to support small unique boutique shops.

It makes me think why many small businesses fail within 1 year: They do not have a WHY or do not have a clear WHY or fail to communicate their WHY clearly.

A strong WHY is not only important for you to build connections with clients from a business perspective, but also important for yourself, as an entrepreneur, to support you firmly along this lonely and tough journey.

For example, My WHY is CONNECTION

👉 My yoga, meditation, fitness and dancing courses are aimed to help people build and deepen the connection between their body & mind & soul (if people believe that we are more than the physical body and our thoughts)

👉 My coaching is aimed to help people build and deepen the connection within themselves by
✅ gaining clarity of their values, purpose, vision, mission
✅ identifying and maximizing their strengths
✅ channelling to energy of positivity, yin & yang energy, inner child and inner peace and shadow
✅ overcoming fear and weaknesses
✅ learning from failures
✅ developing unique leadership style

👉 My coaching is also aimed to help people build and deepen the connection with their customers by
✅ gaining deep understanding of their customers ( their challenges, problems and desires)
✅ designing offer for that

👉 Moreover, I am also working on building and deepen the connection with like-minded people for innovative collaboration through online and offline events.

What is your WHY? Do you think it is important to have it? Share your experiences with us in the comments!
