1. Sales & Trends -> Subscriptions -> choose “Reports” from the drop down list on the top left
2. Download daily subscription reports
3. In one of the reports (there are three files in the zip), I think it’s the subscription events report, there’s a column of “Cancellation Reason” which will contain “Billing Issues” for involuntary cancellations
