Who am I?

Zero to one…

I was lucky enough to build a creative team from scratch at Kissflow, one of India's leading SaaS companies. With over 14 years of experience, I now lead the creative team at Kissflow. On top of that, I have mentored 300+ designers overall, helping them transition from zero to one, and taught them to think 10X bigger than most. This is what keeps us to stay ahead of the curve!

How did I start traveling with the design industry? The transition from Passion to Profession…

My passion for design started in school. It shaped the way I looked at things from different perspectives and eventually led me to pursue a career in design. I joined BCA to complete my graduation and transition into the design field.

My career has allowed me to work with some of the top brands around the world, including clients from the US, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. I've also had the opportunity to work with some great Indian brands like Myntra and Standard Fireworks. From aesthetic to functional… I moved to a product company where I'm responsible for UI designs for marketing. I devise and execute design strategies for the website based on user journey and persona that is optimized for conversion. And I empower the team to take on individual leadership across products.



Which problem do I aim to resolve with the greatest passion?

My goal is to unleash design leaders to reach their full potential through mentorship. I want to help them become the best version of themselves. By providing the right mindset mentorship, and support, I believe that design leaders can create an impact in the design industry. Making Million Designers by changing design education.



Why do I want to change?

My 14+ years of journey revealed this…

As you become aware of the new mindset culture, things around you begin to change. For years we have been striving for the answer, and it was right in front of us the whole time. It is not the method or design tools that matter, but the mindset. I spread mindset culture to make every designer a leader. I believe that the right mindset can change everything in the designer's attitude, life, and ultimately the world.

The right mindset and the right culture are two of the most powerful tools you can use to change your life. You do not need a degree or certification to be successful. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to learn.
