I like that you made your cookie like a “lollipop” shape, which is very different from the typical cookie’s conceptual model and also it can gain lots of interesting experience when you have cookies and coffee at the same time (like a chocolate spoon, gradually melt in hot chocolate, and two flavors blended into each other); I also like that you made your cookies into flower shape, because it did add lots of visual attractions of cookies!

I wish you could have brought some coffee into the class, and we can try how different it tastes with coffee and milk. After all, your original idea was “having it with the spiced coffee”.

What if you invite some of your friends who do not share the same culture background and others sharing the same culture background to taste your cookies together, and see their feedback, showing the outcome in your blog, which would be really interesting. Because I am thinking since your cookies are more culture-oriented, which you mentioned can relieve your homesickness; I am wondering other people, who are not familiar with your culture,what kind of feedback they could provide.
