The Hardest Part of My Recovery From Mental Health Battles

Yes, I’ve held on for the sake of my loved ones, even though that includes 3 children with schizophrenia, a mother with dementia &an alcoholic boyfriend who can’t get it together any more. I go to work, but you wouldn’t tell that I’ve been crying nor that I have any problems at all. I wear my happy mask &work away. This life hasn’t been the best so far, yet I still hold on. They call me the strongest woman they know, a saint. It’s the hardest work I know.
