30 Days Out cutting plan — Day 21

At 1629, today is a rest day but now I don’t feel like it because I just cooked my meals for next week. Then I realized it’s the last one I need to do for this plan. I was like, how da hell was I able to do this? I fucking did it. It’s the last week and I gotta do something different to make some serious progress. I am glad to see what I am now but for defined abs I really still have a lot to do. I am trying to drink more water and eat salty stuff now. Today I need to hit the protein number. Not sure if I will go to the gym today for some cardio. I slept late and woke up early. Bad move.
