Running the Wave
Ben B.

How inspiring! What is so great about running is that it forces you to exist in the moment — no, in the second of your own existence. Everything becomes more intense, exhilarating. The anxiety (or stress) of constant projecting in the future disappears to give way to the blood flowing in your veins and the air diffusing in your blood. You disolve into the world.
