I did not say that market are perfect. But a prejudice saying that all age groups are as effective are as fallacious. I do not believe in either.

We must first have honest and unbiased data on the value of older people in tech.

UNBIASED = not distorted by interest groups, nor distorted by pro diversity ideologues.
