This is excellent. During my work with Design Thinking, identifying the RIGHT persona for the design exercise has been the most challenging part. I think we often bypass that piece of work because the ideation and other aspects of driving to a UX is the fun part. But without the foundational work of who the “user” is, how can a team develop a proper user experience?
