Kolin, I like your view on Milgram’s study. Personally, I found it to be unethical, but I do see where you are coming from in the sense that no one was really hurt, unless in the end they felt that they might have been a little sadistic. I also agree that both studies helped shape the world that we live in today in that they helped to show how people react to power.
