I find this very intriguing, but I am curious if the landscape of media ownership in this country would compare well with that of the United States, and more specifically large regional hubs in the United States. It would take a serious investment to break through the noise of multiple radio stations, three local news stations, plus other regionals, plus cable, and one metro-ish daily newspaper. If this were my playground, and in my city, and if I were the third-ranked media outlet, I would consider this approach only after making an investment in talent.
