Have you ever “cleaned the sink?”

Angie’s, an America comfort food restaurant in Logan, Utah is famous for its “clean the sink” challenge.

To clean the sink, you and your party are literally given a small sink filled to the brim with scoops of ice cream, a river of chocolate syrup, and mountains of whipped cream and other toppings to devour.

When you “clean the sink” you get Angie’s bumper sticker that says “I cleaned the sink”, a fun memory with your friends and family and, of course, your next Instagram worthy moment.

It’s quite the ordeal and people love it.

Those bumper stickers are all over the small college town of Logan. Students of Utah State University have Angie’s bumper stickers on everything from their cars to their fridges and they make for great conversation starters. “So, I see you cleaned the sink.

After my sister and her roommates “cleaned the sink” together, they posed for a picture with their empty sink and a bumper sticker cut up into enough pieces for everyone to have a part.

My sister posted that picture on Instagram for her 1,202 followers to the tune of 197 likes. If her 7 friends did the same with similar results, that moment just captured 1,576 likes and nearly 10,000 impressions.
