Fixing the Presidential Primary Debate

The modern Presidential Primary Debate is a travesty. For most of the people on the stage it essentially serves as on opportunity for candidates to deliver pre-planned zingers and lame jokes in an attempt to try and be relevant. The purpose of a debate should be to enlighten the voter and show policy differences. The following changes to primary debates would make them a valuable tool of civil enlightenment rather than a political sporting match.
