3 interviews per year sounds like a great idea.

Kalvin,

I know the feeling, I used to feel kind of weird interviewing — as though I was doing something behind their back. I think in today’s market, you would be foolish not to and I imagine employers recognize this.

I do, at least. As a co-founder of my own startup, I work hard to make my company successful and as fulfilling as possible for those working with us.

And while I have my own company, I think we can all confidently say that we like options. We like to know there is a need for our services.. and interviewing does that.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
