State of Decay 2 is a game about compromises, so it’s fitting that the game itself requires a few to enjoy.
The rolling hills, winding roadways and haunting towns in State of Decay 2 feel like the realization of the setting developer Undead Labs struggled to capture when the original game launched on last-gen hardware.
