Let me preface by saying I tried to remove as much bias as I could. Overall, and to be honest, I think you did a great job.

The story about you working with the CEO who practices “selflessness, humility, and care” was insightful. You mentioned being able to “feel” his forceless power; much like a sixth sense. People pick up on these subtle nuances, I know I do. If ~80% of a startups culture is based on the founder, then it makes sense for a founder to exert forceless power.

“There is almost a sensual longing for communion with others who have a large vision. The immense fulfillment of the friendship between those engaged in furthering the evolution of consciousness has a quality impossible to describe.” — gave me chill bumps, #truth

I also enjoy the fact that you quote from professionals who have diverse backgrounds.

This article, and many others, encompass ‘a non-zero sum game’ attitude towards business, and I too believe we can foster win-win situations. Despite the ‘zero sum game’ attitudes of the hoi polloi.

I wish more people became empowered to believe that they create their own realities. I do my best, and I’m sure you do as well, to raise people’s level of consciousness.

I am drawn to your articles because they speak truth. For example, I was just having a conversation with someone I work with about being “passionately curious.” Immersing yourself in the present, in order to continue searching for those answers to questions. Questions you didn’t know you had, or will have — but that’s the journey right? More answers lead to more questions.

The only small criticisms I have are:

  • Even though I love your writing style, it is sometimes a little brief/chunky (even though the concepts themselves are fully expressed.) Perhaps try and combine a few more of your short chunks into longer flowing, but still short, paragraphs. I think it will help the guide the reader’s eye.
  • “en”capsulate instead of “in”

Even in just the past few weeks of reading your content, I can definitely tell it’s improving.

Cheers and looking forward to reading more insightful truths from you in the future,
Zach
