What a great article, I whole heartedly agree. Some other points I’ve tried to champion to people I’ve developed software for have included “Stop asking if the user is sure, they aren’t an idiot”, “Success message are only congratulating yourself because the user doesn’t care so stop raising them after every operation” and “Stop throwing every piece of data you have at the user, just because you have it doesn’t mean you should show it off”
