!The important meeting!

Well, today we had a class with junior students. To start with, personally, for me this meeting was really important, because I wanted to learn more about the program called “Work&Travel”. As some junior students recently returned from the USA and spent there about 3 months, they gained new experience, learned a lot of interesting facts and information about the country, so they had something to share with us, fresh sophomores. Also, junior students told us some useful recommendations about the teachers, our future exams, the sophomore year in general. But before this conversation, we had some activities together. What we were talking about are proverbs. Sophomores and juniors just discussed them, and even acted them out. Here these proverbs are:

  • Actions speak louder than words — Just saying that you’ll do something doesn’t mean much.
  • So far, so good — Everything is going well so far.
  • Too many cooks spoil the broth — Important jobs should have only one or two leaders.
  • Enough is enough — Something must stop.

What can I say after all? This meeting was really useful for sophomores, of course. Juniors just helped us to understand how to survive during the sophomore year, shared their thoughts about a lot of things and so on.

Honestly, I was really glad, that today we had such a great opportunity to learn some new information))
