I really enjoyed reading this because I agree! I try to live the “no added sugar” lifestyle and keep up with my exercising. I strongly encourage your highlighted point about big breakfast, medium lunch, and small dinner. I can’t have a functioning day without a hearty breakfast! Living a healthy, positive lifestyle without sacrificing things you love is the way to go. Having a balance is key :)
