This TOTALLY speaks to me. I am a morning person- love being up early as I feel I get the most out of my day when I start it early and on a good note. I like to start my mornings with my morning prayers and a run to feel fresh. I also make a to-do list and cross things off throughout the day. When I was in college, even if I had my first class at noon, I’d still be up and at work by 7–8am. Eggs are also my go-to high protein breakfast. Although, getting the full 7–8 hours of sleep is quite tough as well as the cold shower…haha. But other than that, this post is pretty much how I go about my day too.
