Visualizing my Amal Academy Experience

In the very first week Amal taught us why knowing yourself is important? To find yourself means your abilities, strengths, weakness, area of improvements and many more to help your personality.

During our life we forgot about the importance of these things and how these things affect our life. Exploring my strengths and areas of improvement give me so much confidence.

I also learn secrets of positive thinking and one of the most important networking.

All the students came from different backgrounds , cultures , and areas. in the start its very difficult to adjust in new people for me but because of Amal its became more easy and interesting different tips to interact with them.

My mega project is also a very wonderful experience of me exploring new ideas , team building as a team leader, workload and pressure and many more. It gives us the entrepreneur mind. The way of thinking is a complete change. We see and find solutions in interesting ways. Resolving people’s conflict, motivating them, keeping them goal oriented and focused is a big challenge for me as a leader. During the mega project, facing the proposal was also very difficult for us because we are the only ones who faced this , but we took this constructively and started working on the other new project within a few days. Giving time to projects with so much workload and pressure teaches me so many things in a few days. So Amal teaches us so many things and I am happy to be a part of it.
