An act of Kindness…

Kindness is to show sympathy and to be considerate. It’s a tool that can turn your enemy into your friend. Since action speaks louder than words, a few acts of kindness could be of great value for someone. And that is what I experienced today.

-Starting off my day by helping a person monetary
-Helping one of my friends for a lecture
-Taking out time to help my friends to complete a specific task
- Going to the grocery with my mother
- Appreciating fellows ideas and thoughts
-Showing gratitude to a person who tried to help me out

These are just a few random acts of kindness. That might look of no importance, but this is what makes you content and fulfilled when you think about your whole day. Even sometimes it seems that you are not helping somebody else but yourself. Just a thought that by giving others you receive more, by sharing knowledge your ideas get clarified, and you remember things better.

Kindness can be carried out in all the fields of life. One of them could be your office. Kindness can take place in the form of greeting your colleagues. Showing respect, appreciating others ideas and giving constructive feedback, listening to others, and showing concern. By these actions, one can become an effective team member that’s important for becoming a productive team member while you are working in a group of people.

“Be silly. Be honest. Be kind.” Ralph Waldo Emerson
