Got chills with this piece. Wow, what a crucial statement to make. Brought me right back to standing in line at 6:30 am for Pink Floyd tickets when they played Pasadena many years ago. I know Pink Floyd aren’t metal but they are “white”, and, omg, the hate seeping from the guy in line in front of me. He said something coarse, hurtful and disgusting, thinking, perhaps, I wouldn’t hear it or understand what he said. Of course, nothing for me to do but stand in line. I glared at him and smiled and walked away with my tickets. But, yeah, I felt fear. Standing in line for concert tickets.
