Shawn Achor TED Talk..

Oh My God, This was extremely fast video but this was super interesting as well and that made me listened to it again and again because I missed many things in one go. I believe, I am capable of relating to this video because I am myself a psychologist as well as a great supporter of optimism and positive thinking. I wonder how I didn’t listen to this lecture by Shawn Achor before. However, I loved this one now. I have been practicing these techniques on and off from several years which includes recalling a good event in past 24 hours daily and write about three things you are grateful for, daily for 21 days at least. I trust that he is damn true and these practices have the power to actually reverse the formula of success in our minds. I have also gradually adapted my mind to focus on good and positives. And this is what I share further when people contact me for counseling and catharsis.
