Read a book

I don’t know what happens in your country, but here in mine (Indonesia), aside from photos or statuses, Facebook is usually filled with fake news (hoaxes) that spread very quickly to the point it becomes worrisome. Because people are so quick to click the ‘share’ button but they seem unwilling to cross-check the validity of the articles they find on Facebook. Many people here prefer reading ‘stuffs’ they stumbled upon Facebook than actual books, just as they prefer waiting to get likes notifications from their Instagram account. And unfortunately, many medias here don’t help the current situations… they more likely to base their “news articles” on someone’s tweet, Facebook status, or recent Twitter’s trending topic instead of doing decent investigation.

Reading is supposed to be something that anyone anywhere can do, and yet here somehow it has turned into an unpopular activity.
