Two years ago, Monisha Ravi would never have known that she would drop out of medical school to become a software engineer. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science but was astonished to learn that an overwhelming 40% of all undergraduate students drop out of college in the United States.

Why is it that 40% of students drop out of college? While the reason differs for each student, the vast majority are lacking the resources necessary to continue with their studies. Step in, Monisha!

Monisha graduated from her hometown’s board prep program, Young and Involved Philadelphia, in fall of 2021, volunteering to teach students how to conquer their studies. Since then, Monisha has been motivating students across the world. She tailors her coaching style to each individual resulting in a personalized and effective experience for students to rely on.

Monisha attributes her success to her hard work and motivation. She is inspired by the young women who are graduating from STEM fields and the young minds who “have endless ideas and aspirations”. Currently, Monisha is offering coaching services to support students in need.
