ISO 9000 Standards, are the Standards that every organization should practice. When a customer approaches an organization, a shortlisting process is there before choosing one. The first thing they want is Quality.

The ISO examines the same about the organization and offers a certificate for it. When a customer checks an ISO certificate of the company, it becomes a shortlisting criterion. The ISO Certificate and the seal is a pride for an organization. Most often, we see this seal near a companies logo.

ISO 9001: 2015

ISO 9001 is a complete QMS ( Quality Management System). It is the most recent released certification released in 2015. As from the previous release of ISO 9001 this method follows the Process oriented approach.
