Summary: It was a activity performed by me where I had to apply Pomodoro technique to a task and then share its experience.

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980's. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. These intervals are named pomodoros, the plural in English of the Italian word pomodoro (tomato), after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student.

The Instructions of the activity are:

1. I decided to read a book of 253 pages.
2. I Set the pomodoro timer (alarm) to 25 minutes.
3. I did Work on the task until the timer rings. There was no distraction in 25 minutes because I was in silence zone of library that is my favorite place for reading.
4. After the timer tings,I put a star on a piece of paper.
5. Take a short 3–5 minute break.
6. Repeat steps 1–4
7. I completed my book in just 4 hour continuously.

It was a interesting activity and also helpful to focus on your work and become productive. It was a little difficult for me to avoid distractions as I am a active social user but I decided to avoid distractions and focus on the work. I believe its really a handy technique and next time I will try to follow Pomodoro Technique.
