My team is responsible for providing enterprise customers prescriptive guidance on accelerating digital transformation and propelling pace of innovation. We engage with top executive leaders across numerous industry verticals, and through our engagements we have learned that technology adoption alone does not propel results. Innovation is deeply rooted in organizational culture and is driven by human intellect, creativity, and problem solving. To accelerate innovation enterprise leaders must drive People and Process transformation in parallel with technology adoption.

1. ‘Mitigate’ Bureaucracy: Bureaucracy is important because it establishes a north star for all employees to follow. However, if not mitigated at the right levels, for the right things, it can severely inhibit innovation. Lengthy, bureaucratic approval processes for bringing new ideas to experimentation, discourage employees and ultimately extinguish creativity and innovation.
