Questions to ask your designer — Zenith Lighting Inc

It probably goes without saying (though of course I am about to it anyways), but -when designing your trade show lighting , it is always a good idea to ask an actual designer for their opinions on things.
Hopefully, they have been doing this for quite a while and should know a handful little tricks to set your booth apart from everyone else (to say nothing of the experience to know what is absolutely not going to work).
Knowing that you SHOULD ask them questions and knowing what questions you should actually ask are two separate questions of course, so here are a few questions to ask your designer when getting started:
·What features are you absolutely going to need to maximize the functionality of the space you are working with?
·What will make your booth stand out from everyone else’s on the trade show floor without going over budget?
·What are some tricks that will help you promote your brand better?
·What are easy things that will accent my booth without overdoing it?
Let them know what your overall big picture message is to your audience, and ask them for advice on the best ways to get that across to them. You also want to make sure at this point that all of the elements you want to include in your design are going to work well in the space you have.
Always go into these conversations knowing what you want your booth to say to your audience, and what your final budget is, this way you won’t be blindsided or seem unprepared.
