“Some of you may not know what this is, but ZenMarket (or ZenMarketPlace) is an all-in-one online Japanese shopping service by providing the ability to shop on any Japanese website. Who Are They Officially, and legally, “ZenMarket” Inc., the company was established in April of 2014. They started out in 2013 by providing their service for Russian residents. You can create a comment for the responsible ZenMarket representative who receives your order, choose a quantity, among other options such as the item’s original page, asking a question about the item, adding the item to your watchlist, or reporting the item. Towards the bottom right corner, ZenMarket also provides a shipping costs estimator.
After adding the item to your cart with the button shown above, it will await a quote confirming price and availability. When you receive your quote you will be able to pay for the item. The exceptions to this process are items bought from auction, which have their own rules and regulations which must be followed and you must add funding to your account in order to bid rather than pay after a quote. When payment has been supplied your order will be processed by ZenMarket and after a few business days will arrive at the ZenMarket warehouse. Once it arrives, you will be notified and also be able to create a parcel with the item. A parcel is a shipment of your item, or items. When creating a parcel you will be able to choose options for your parcel and your shipping options, such as EMS or regular air mail, and confirm the parcel. After a day or two your item will be weighed and measured to determine exact price of the parcel. You’ll receive a notification when this happens and be allowed to pay the required amount. Depending on your selected shipping, your parcel will arrive with your purchased item. If you experience any issues the ZenMarket staff is dedicated to helping you solve and settle any issues or occurrences with orders. They are straightforward and transparent with any fees required, trust me I haven’t paid a single penny more than they said I was. My Experience I found out about Zenmarket around a month ago. When trying to sign up for similar site, Buyee, I was faced with troublesome errors. Signup was near impossible, expiring or running out before I could even click on the link, not allowing me to bid the item I wanted on auction.
