Dubai tries to bribe Interpol (LEAK)
Dubai pays $56 million to Interpol.
The next day, it asks for a French national (Christian Elombo) to be extradited to Dubai. The charge? Kidnapping. Who was “kidnapped?”
According to the extradiction request, an Emirati women — in fact, the daughter of Mohammed Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai, who abuses his children, including Shamsa Al Maktoum (disappeared in 2001) + Latifa al Maktoum (applied for asylum in the US, was kidnapped by Indian forces on 04 March 2018).
Christian is now in a prison in Luxembourg. Here is the red notice by INTERPOL:

Summary of facts of the case
On 25 February 2018, a complaint was made to our competent authorities according to which the French national [Christian Elombo] kidnapped a United Arab Emirates woman, with the complicity of the United States national JAUBERT herve and the Finnish national Jauhiaien Tina. Investigation revealed that those three persons kidnapped the woman and smuggled her out of the coutry through an unofficial border point.
