Day 4 of the Miracle Morning
Things got cut today because of the late sleeping time. I ought not to get cut off tomorrow though, since the deadline already looms there as well.
I think I should be more productive if I set deadlines for myself instead of pushing the envelope as far as we can. I will also have to remain in constant contact with all my clients just to let them know that we are going to make their lives easier.
And I am rambling again.
What’s more important to think about today is that I am dedicating a lot of my time towards pushing the envelope at work instead of giving more time to my freelancing work.
Discipline is still sightly an issue. Vices are not supposed to be rewards for a job well done. Remember that our goal here is to focus on who we want to be and not simply enjoy what we already have.
I commit to giving my entire focus in developing the necessary skills to achieve my life’s goals, and commit to making my work more efficient to prevent wastage. The management of myself is an imperative item in my quest to manage others as well.
In the next day I will be concentrating on getting a few accounts to the finish line: UHI, PSIC and mostly AMWSLAI. These accounts may stand a chance to contribute to the overall income of the bank in the long run.
I should think that working on self-imposed deadlines will keep us pushing harder and harder to get more stuff done and figure out the fastest way to get things done.
Limiting the time used for unprofitable work should be the norm. After miracle morning I should probably read the Checklist Manifesto next.
