The weight of worries, a relentless tide,
Threatens to drown us in its churning foam
Yet, stolen breaths, where worries can’t reside,
Offer a refuge, a place to call home
The hush of dawn, before the day ignites,
A canvas painted with the softest light
In silent contemplation, the spirit takes flight,
Whispers of Serenity guide us through the night
These stolen moments, precious as can be,
A refuge from the storm, a calming sea
Whispers of Serenity set my spirit free,
A gift of peace, for all eternity
