For many people, time is an enemy. The main premise behind the technique is to work in blocks of time, typically 25 minutes long (called pomodoro sessions), followed by a 5 minute break. Each pomodoro session should demand your full attention on one task, every break requires you to step away from your work to rest.

The result is greatly improved productivity during focused work sessions, that can be maintained through effectively managing distractions and taking regular breaks.

MAXIMIZE the productivity with POMODORO technique

Really works

I have tried the pomodoro technique of working my project. In the beginning when I started my mind only on timer and I had an issue and continuously thinking that I am getting out of time. But now i had great experience. Pomodoro technique works incredible and time saving technique. Timer must be needed for doing any type of task. Pomodoro is mind set technique.
