In my quest for a tech-recruitment career, destiny intervened when I stumbled upon one of Apziva’s job posts on LinkedIn. A series of interviews later, I found myself at Apziva’s doorstep, initially as a Talent and Growth Associate, and eventually, I ascended to the role of Program Coordinator. I left behind a full year with amazing memories among an exceptional team.

Our mentors are illuminating the path as you set sail, and with their guidance, we are committed to helping you realize your aspirations in the fields of Machine Learning and Data Science.
Life-changing stories
Throughout this year, I’ve encountered numerous individuals whose lives have been completely transformed by Apziva. Most of them found themselves in a job search rut, with some not even receiving a single interview invitation. There were people who aspired to transition to a new career, yet they were uncertain about the initial steps to take. Apziva AI Residency Program has taught me that guidance holds an important role in one’s professional journey because all of these people landed their dream position with guidance of their mentors at the end. I’m convinced that every journey within the program contributes to a story of transformation.
What to Anticipate
The intention behind this post was to provide a brief overview of Apziva’s mission and to inspire everyone who wants to start a new career journey. With a global team and working with more than 45 countries right now, Apziva is providing a solution for one of the most difficult challenges “lack of industry experience” with its innovative solutions.
