AWS Product Names Are Terrible

Anyone who has logged into the AWS Management Console will stumble upon a list of confusing product names that are difficult to map to their actual purpose. With just the product names alone, can you guess what these are used for?
- SES
- SQS
- SWF
- Route 53
- EMR
If Amazon cares so much about their customers, why are they giving us headaches when we try and interpret what their product name means?
