Feel alive — Surviving
Day four & the third part1

I believe the third part is the hardest. I want to create a terrifying atmosphere but not like a ghost house. And I am searching for nightmare at midnight now…
Idea
The third part will use the VR technology to provide a more immersive experience. I will use Unity to create a scene and a story in the nightmare. Here are some of the key points of this part:
- The senses become blurred
- Feeling of weightlessness
- The fires of hell
- Unable to escape (helpless)
- Not existing
In order to enhance the immersive experience, the external environment will match the storyline. And the visitor will hear the sound of breathe in the whole journey.
Rules

You will feel your senses become blurred when you put on the VR glasses and head phone. (Just like you are falling asleep)



You will fall down when you arrive the end of the stairs.

In the glasses, you are in a waste basement.

Suddenly,the basement catch fire. The fire become bigger and bigger. I will almost devour you.

The heater will give you a more authentic feeling of standing in the fire. And the smoke and dust will give you a feeling of asphyxia.
When you are entirely engulfed by the fire, you will suffer losing your senses again.
The story is too long, so I cannot finish it in one day.
Question
If i want to make the concept come true in the real world, it will have high requirement of the exhibition venue.
The part of feeling weightlessness still need to be tested. Especially for the length of the gap and the height visitors will drop down. It should be safe and effective.
