Great news from the front of our favorite — CreDA announced their partnership with Project Galaxy.
Since launched in March 2021, Galaxy has grown a community of 200,000 unique on-chain users from 7 different blockchain ecosystems. Galaxy Credential Data Network now has over 700 digital credential sets covering more than 5 million users in Web3. More than 120 projects and organizations have leveraged Galaxy’s digital credential data and NFT infrastructure launching over 500 campaigns to build better products and communities.
Project Galaxy received $10 million in funding, mostly from Multicoin Capital and Dragonfly Capital. What is interesting is that Coinbase also participated in the investment. The funding will be used to expand the network and support multiple data sources, creating robust application modules.
Today begins a new chapter of Project Galaxy — collaboration with CreDA.
The partnership is mutually beneficial for Galaxy and CreDA, as Galaxy NFT owners will be able to access more DeFi features in CreDA. For CreDA users, their credit rating can be increased if they allow their data to be collected and stored offline on the Galaxy platform.
By partnering with CreDA, Galaxy NFT owners will be able to join CreDA’s cNetwork and thus be able to use the credit feature, which opens up new investment opportunities for the Project Galaxy community.
